workplace character courses, we teach concepts to employees and then
bring these abstract concepts to life. Employees learn to evaluate
potential courses of action against a set of benefits and consequences,
leading them to want to make the right choice. We explore team dynamics
and help each person understand his or her role as an individual
employee and how it relates to the remainder of the team. Employees
learn how the company does not function as well when they are working
against each other.

What You Get
With Each Online Unit
Our character
courses are based on the highly successful Peaceful Solution® Character
Education Program, which promotes peace
through education that encourages positive character. Each of the five
units in the course includes the following:

A
minimum of one hour of instruction per week for seven weeks via web
conferencing and telephone.

One
employee packet.
-
Assignments that stimulate the mind.

Unlimited email support as needed.

A certificate for each employee who completes the course.
A trained and
experienced instructor will work with your employees by Internet and
telephone in small groups of no more than ten at a time. This highly
interactive environment permits visual demonstrations and detailed
explanations with time for questions and answers—in other words, it’s
similar to a real classroom setting. On the start date of the course,
your employee or employees simply log onto the web seminar site. They
will be able to see the instructor giving demonstrations on your
